Credence Management Solutions is Hiring a Project Manager Near WPAFB, OH

Overview

Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Project Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting AFMC/A4 at WPAFB, OH. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain master schedules, task assignment processes, ensure personnel are aware of task assignments and deadlines, and track tasks to completion.
  • Develop and track team training and ensure all personnel are aware of training requirements.
  • Initiate and coordinate funding documents as required to support workforce requirements and software change requests.
  • Coordinate with MAJCOM and HAF personnel and organizations across the AF and DLA/DPAS personnel to maintain continuity, communicate project needs, and overcome potential obstacles.
  • Schedule, conduct, and document meetings to communicate issues and successes to MAJCOM and HAF organizations and to document Action Items and associated assignments.
  • Coordinate and communicate through email, MS Teams, and phone calls as required.
  • Maintain knowledge of DPAS M&U, applicable portions of the DPAS Property Accountability (PA) Module, and AF processes for using the system.
  • Utilize software including, but not limited to, data processing tools, process mapping tools, and Microsoft office products.
  • Complete any training requirements required for IT system access or required to execute primary responsibilities.
  • Make recommendations regarding improvements to DPAS SE MIS and Implementation Team processes, and team organization when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret
  • Experience in project management fundamentals and scheduling tools used in task tracking and workload management
  • Be familiar with or gain familiarity with support equipment maintenance processes
